What I Like About Working at Whitcraft
Machining came naturally for me. It’s the supervisor piece that’s a challenge. I don’t consider myself a people person, but being a supervisor is interesting and it helps me to be more extroverted. I like the shift schedule that I have; it’s convenient for me since I also work in a body shop. I’ve been here for twenty-two years, and I still like how comfortable of an atmosphere we have.
About My Job
As a Second Shift Supervisor, I run operations after 3:30. I started out as a machinist and worked my way up to supervisor. I work with a great group of people. They are skilled, hard-working and always trying to make the night go by with some fun.
I am very mechanical and a collector of things that burn gas: motorcycles, snowmobiles, cars, and specifically my new Corvette.
