What I Like About Working at Whitcraft
They invest in their people, and I’m an example of that. I went from no experience to where I am today as Lead/Planner in eleven years.
I started out in an entry level position, worked hard, did a one-year apprenticeship, took blueprint and math classes, and took leadership classes. You get exposed to all different departments and you’re given the tools you need to grow. I was a flat line operator who saw improvements that could be made and was empowered to make them. The vision for the company is to become a world-class manufacturer. Being part of the solution, I find to be very empowering.
