What it’s like to work at Whitcraft
I’m currently a Business Unit Leader. I’ve been here since February 2012 and started as a project engineer where I managed all our new products from start to finish. I then moved into the Lean Leader position where the goal was to eliminate abnormalities and make process’ more productive as well as spread the knowledge of continuous improvement objectives.
